Sucralose 
It has excellent properties and is a non-nutritive, powerful sweetener. Sucralose is very sweet (400-800 times sweeter than
sucrose) and has a pure sweetness. The speed of sweetness presentation, maximum sweetness intensity, duration of sweetness and aftertaste are all very close to sucrose. Sucralose is stable and its crystalline products are stable even when stored for 4 years
at 20°C under dry conditions. In aqueous solutions, within the pH range of soft drinks and at typical temperatures, sucralose is
the most stable of all powerful sweeteners and can be stored for over a year without any change.
